1. Your Subscription Agreement

These terms apply to new subscriptions accepted under EARN-TERM-14D-USDT-V3. Review the selected asset, payment amount, duration, reward rate for the selected term, entry price, principal quantity and expected reward before confirming. The details recorded with your subscription form part of this agreement.

2. Payment and Recorded Asset Quantity

Your subscription is funded from your available ULANBIT USDT balance. For a product denominated in another asset, the principal quantity is calculated using the entry price verified at subscription. Your original USDT payment and recorded Earn asset quantity are different measures and may have different market values over time.

3. Duration and Access to Assets

The selected subscription period is 180 or 365 days. Subscribed assets cannot be traded, transferred, withdrawn or used for another subscription while committed to this product, except through the cancellation process described below.

4. Fourteen-Day Cancellation

You may cancel your entire subscription within 14 calendar days (336 hours) of its recorded subscription time. Open your Earn subscription details, select Cancel and confirm the displayed refund. Partial cancellation is not available.

Eligibility is determined by the server's receipt time of your confirmed cancellation request. A request received at or before the recorded cancellation deadline is eligible. Device time does not determine eligibility.

After the cancellation period, voluntary early cancellation is unavailable and the subscription remains committed until maturity. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Immediate Cancellation Refund

Eligible cancellations are processed automatically without customer-support approval. On successful processing, the subscription is closed and 100% of the USDT actually deducted at subscription is credited to your ULANBIT USDT account balance.

No cancellation fee is deducted and no Earn reward is paid. The refund does not depend on the current price of the selected asset. For example, cancelling an eligible subscription funded with 1,000 USDT returns 1,000 USDT.

Wait for confirmation and check your subscription history and balance. If a connection or service error prevents confirmation, refresh your history before retrying. A subscription can receive only one cancellation refund and cannot also receive a maturity payout.

6. Rate and Rewards

The displayed reward rate applies to the entire selected term (180 or 365 days). It is not prorated by days. Estimated reward is calculated as: recorded principal quantity × (term reward rate percentage ÷ 100). Supported asset precision and rounding rules apply.

Rewards are paid upon completion of the full subscription period, not daily. A cancelled subscription earns no payable reward. The recorded Rate does not guarantee the future market value of the principal or rewards.

7. Maturity Settlement

At maturity, the recorded principal quantity and applicable reward are settled to your ULANBIT account balance in the selected Earn asset. Maturity settlement is separate from cancellation and does not guarantee repayment of the original USDT value when the settlement asset differs from USDT.

External withdrawals are separate transactions and remain subject to the applicable withdrawal requirements, disclosed fees and network availability. Operational or network issues may delay processing.

8. Risks

Digital asset prices may fall significantly. Stablecoins may lose their price peg. Market volatility, liquidity constraints, blockchain failures, security incidents, operational failures, counterparty failure and regulatory changes may cause delays or loss of assets.

Earn is not a risk-free savings account. Consider your financial circumstances and ability to leave assets committed for the selected period. No statement of Rate eliminates these risks.

9. Existing Contracts and Changes

This version applies only to subscriptions entered into under it. Earlier subscriptions retain their recorded terms and are not automatically granted this cancellation option. Changes offered for future subscriptions do not by themselves change existing contracts.

10. Support and Your Rights

For assistance or complaints, visit ULANBIT Support and use the official support channel shown there. Never send passwords, verification codes, private keys or recovery phrases through support messages.

Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

11. Your Agreement

By checking the agreement box and confirming your subscription, you agree to the recorded subscription details, the 14-day cancellation and USDT refund conditions, the absence of rewards on cancellation, the restriction on voluntary early cancellation after that period, and the risks described above.
