Account Security
ULANBIT supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), email verification, login notifications, and password security controls to help prevent unauthorized access to user accounts.
Asset Protection
Digital assets are managed through layered custody controls using both hot and cold wallet infrastructure. Deposit, operational, and withdrawal wallet functions are separated where appropriate, while internal account balances and on-chain assets are managed through independent wallet and ledger controls.
Withdrawal Protection
Withdrawals are subject to security verification, including email and/or 2FA confirmation where applicable. Withdrawal addresses are validated by ULANBIT systems, and certain withdrawals may be subject to additional administrative review. Suspicious or abnormal withdrawal activity may be temporarily restricted for security verification.
Infrastructure Security
ULANBIT maintains controlled server access, firewall protection, database access restrictions, regular backup procedures, continuous system monitoring, and SSL/TLS encrypted communications. Critical infrastructure is monitored on a 24-hour basis.
Risk Monitoring
ULANBIT monitors account and trading activity for signs of unusual login attempts, suspicious transactions, abnormal withdrawal activity, and other potentially unauthorized behavior. Accounts associated with suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted or suspended while security checks are performed.
Incident Response
ULANBIT maintains procedures for responding to system disruptions and security incidents. When necessary, services such as withdrawals may be temporarily suspended to protect users and assets while an incident is investigated. Important service or security notices may be communicated through the ULANBIT website and official Telegram channels.
Security Standards & Review
ULANBIT incorporates information-security management practices based on ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS frameworks. Security controls and potential vulnerabilities are periodically reviewed as part of the platform's ongoing security management process.
